Should Any Problems Occur With Our Service...

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to return goods to us (except for bespoke) by giving notice to us (by email, facsimile or in writing) that you wish to do so, within 7 working days after the receipt of the goods (the 'cooling off period'). If you choose to return any goods, you accept that you are responsible for their safekeeping and return, and you accept that you are liable for all costs of delivering them to us or paying us our costs of collecting them from you. We will refund the full value of the goods, and original postage, within 30 days of receiving the notice from you, provided we have received the goods in that time.

Complaints Procedure:

Whilst realising that the vast majority of our customers continue to be very happy with our service, we do acknowledge that from time to time, a problem may arise. Please follow the guidelines below if you wish to make a complaint.

1. Contact us by phone - 01424 220688 - 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. Or by email - sales@naturalflowdirect.com

If you email us, please insert the word 'complaint' in the subject line to assure swift attention. We ask that this initial contact is made within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. You will receive a communication from us within 3 days via phone or email acknowledging your complaint. You will be issued with a complaint code personal to you. This will enable you in the future to quote said code in any future correspondence.

3. At Natural Flow Direct, we aim to resolve any dispute within 14 days. In the highly unlikely event of both parties being unable to agree closure we advise complainants to contact East Sussex Trading Standards Service.

4. A record of complaints is kept on file and we shred these for security reasons 12 months after the dispute is closed.

Fair Trade Policy:

We travel to West Africa, Nepal and India to manufacture and source our Fair Trade products. In this country we buy from Fair Trade clothes wholesalers such as Nomads and Namaste. We have been approved to join BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Shops) and are currently full members as of September 2005. If you would like a full print out of our raison d'etre and Fair Trade Policy, please ask for a copy to be sent with your next order.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Please see individual items for shipping costs. Postal Insurance is available on request. We dispatch items three times a week - on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. The exception to this is six weeks prior to Christmas when we offer the "Get it Fast" service.

Items Lost or Damaged in the Post:
Natural Flow Direct use the GB Post Office service. First class postage or standard parcels to UK customers, airmail to the rest of the world.

Natural Flow Direct always maintain proof of postage records for items dispatched. We recommend recorded delivery and/or postal insurance. If you decide not to use this option and the item is lost or damaged, contact us and we will take matters up with the Post Office.

We highly recommend that overseas customers contact us for a postal insurance quote.

Delivery Schedule
Please see individual items for shipping costs. Postal Insurance is available on request. We dispatch items on a daily basis during Monday to Friday. The exception to this is six weeks prior to Christmas when we will post more frequently.

Postage to non EU countries and world zones 1 & 2 will have customs labels attached.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All VAT charges are included in the total price. Postage to non EU countries and world zones 1 & 2 will have customs labels attached.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption via the actinic secure servers shared certificate system. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Once the order is completed, we shred any sensitive information.

Privacy Policy
Natural Flow Direct do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
